Wow!!!
I do want to say that the getting up early and working out thing isn't going so great. No matter how early I go to bed... I just can't make my ass get out of bed at 6am every morning. I've been trying. 7:30 or 8 seems to be the earliest my lazy ass wants to handle. :)
But that's not to say I'm not getting my work outs in. I don't usually get to get all hot and sweaty until about 11am, but better late than never, right? :)
I've been trying very hard to get on the elliptical every day. I started out with twelve minutes... then fifteen minutes the next day... twenty the next time... and yesterday, I did a solid thirty. I was pretty proud of it. The worst part is finding half hour in my day that I can dedicate just to working out.
Today I tried something new. I've been trying to do some pushups and situps (I need to buy some free weights... until then, this is all I know how to do to build a little muscle)... so today I did as many of each as I could. Then, since it only takes like... (more)
